Bi-Weekly Police Blotter: Salem City Arrest Records for April 1st to April 15th, 2026

The most significant multi-charge incident involved three juvenile offenders — ages 13, 14, and 15 — all arrested together on April 7th in connection with the same incident. Each juvenile faces charges of Burglary (Entering a Structure), Criminal Mischief, Conspiracy, and Obstruction of a Government Function.
An incident on April 9th resulted in trespassing-related charges. Earl W. Fritchey III, 55, of Pilesgrove was charged with Defiant Trespass, while Chris S.
