Services will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026 at Adams Funeral Home, 64 Broad Street, Woodstown, NJ 08098. There will be a viewing from 10 AM-12 PM followed by a funeral service at 12 PM noon. Burial is private and at the family’s convenience. In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that donations can be sent to the World Literacy Foundation, 712 H Street NE, Suite 2013, Washington, DC. 20002 (worldliteracyfoundation.org) in Kelly’s memory.
Kelly Anne Ditro (Kunz), 38, of Carneys Point, NJ passed away suddenly on January 16, 2026. She was the beloved wife and soulmate of David M. Ditro, Sr., and devoted mother to her son, Matthew. Born in Voorhees, NJ on September 8th, 1987, she was the daughter of Margaret Louise (Cramer) Roberts and John Francis Kunz, Jr. Kelly grew up in Marlton, NJ, spent time living in Wilmington, DE and West Chester, PA and over the last two years splitting her time between Carneys Point and Four Seasons Campground in Pilesgrove, NJ.
Growing up, Kelly attended DeMasi Elementary School & DeMasi Middle School in Marlton, NJ where she was a member of the DeMasi Choral groups. She was actively involved in the Musical Theater program at Cherokee High School in Marlton, NJ where she graduated in 2005. Kelly worked many summers as a Camp Counselor at Triple A Summer Camp in Evesham Township, along with her sister Christine. She went on to West Chester University, where she earned her Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in 2009. She became a teacher at Springton Lake Middle School in Rose Tree Media School District, where she taught 7th Grade Math for 11 years from 2011 to 2022 and coached the Girls Middle School Soccer Team. Kelly also earned her Master’s Degree in Social Emotional Learning from Neumann University in 2016. Kelly loved all of her students throughout the years and had a lifelong passion for teaching. Kelly worked as a professor and tutor in the Academic Support Lab at Salem Community College in New Jersey from 2023-2026.
On August 5th, 2017, Kelly welcomed her son Matthew Piecara, Jr. Her son Matthew was her pride & joy, and being a Mother was the greatest gift that life ever gave her. She loved spending time with him, going to the pool/beach, attending his sporting events, and singing their favorite country songs together.
Kelly enjoyed spending time outside, playing games, singing, and dancing. She also loved reading, doing crafts, and watching movies. She will be remembered as a loving daughter, wife, sister and a great mother who was always smiling.
Kelly is survived by her husband, David M. Ditro, Sr.; her son, Matthew Piecara, Jr.; her mother, Margaret Louise (Cramer) Roberts, and her husband, James Roberts; her father, John Francis Kunz, Jr.; her sister, Christine Marie Kunz; and many extended family members and friends.
