Pennsville Police Department releases early-August Arrest Log
PENNSVILLE — A 71-year-old Pennsville Township man’s arrest on charges of sexually assaulting a child under 13 and endangering the welfare of a child was the most serious case among 16 arrests Pennsville Police made between August 1 and August 15, according to the department’s arrest summary. The two-week stretch also included two separate heroin, opium and PCP possession cases stemming from an early-morning traffic stop, three DUI arrests, three shoplifting or merchandise-concealment charges, and four separate violation-of-court-order counts.
As with every name below, each person is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in court.

Marc R. Miller, 45, male, Pennsville — Arrested 9:35 a.m. Aug. 1 and charged with taking merchandise from a store without intent to pay.
Roberto Ramirez, 32, male, Bridgeton — Arrested 2:04 a.m. Aug. 2 and charged with violating a court order.
Aiden P. Ingram, 21, male, Salem — Arrested 11:59 p.m. Aug. 4 and charged with violating a court order.
Kianje M. Pollard, 31, female, Penns Grove — Arrested 12:14 a.m. Aug. 7 and charged with driving with an expired license, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence, having open alcohol in a motor vehicle, possessing a controlled substance in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, speeding and possessing heroin, opium or PCP.
Wallace H. Doman-Scott, 26, male, Penns Grove — Arrested 2:06 a.m. Aug. 7 and charged with possessing heroin, opium or PCP.
Bradley D. Hillman, 19, male, Pennsville — Arrested 6:28 p.m. Aug. 7 and charged with taking merchandise from a store without intent to pay.
Louis S. Hill, 53, male, Salem — Arrested 5:27 p.m. Aug. 8 and charged with violating a court order.
Greyson C. Barmak, 21, male, Leesburg, Virginia — Arrested 6:41 p.m. Aug. 8 and charged with soliciting without a permit.
Jacob D. Hammond, 28, male, Mantua — Arrested 1:36 a.m. Aug. 9 and charged with driving under the influence.
Ronald L. Foster, 32, male, Millville — Arrested 8:48 a.m. Aug. 10 and charged with two counts of violating a court order.
Jeffrey A. Robinson, 71, male, Pennsville Township — Arrested 12:05 p.m. Aug. 12 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and sexually assaulting a victim less than 13 years old.
Dawn M. Modell, 42, female, Carneys Point Township — Arrested 5 p.m. Aug. 12 and charged with two counts of taking merchandise from a store without intent to pay.
Noel Fuentes-Maples, 30, male, Pennsville — Arrested 8:17 a.m. Aug. 13 and charged with burglary, defiant trespassing and theft of movable property under $500.
Shawn C. Bottjer, 40, male, Wilmington, Delaware — Arrested 12:54 p.m. Aug. 14 and charged with concealing merchandise from a store without intent to pay and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Francoise S. Kubas, 82, female, Pennsville — Arrested 11:24 p.m. Aug. 14 and charged with driving under the influence.
Robert L. Roman II, 42, male, Pennsville Township — Arrested 12:15 a.m. Aug. 15 and charged with obstruction.
