Michael Mulvenna

September 4, 1960 - June 26, 2026

A celebration of Michael’s life will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Adams Funeral Home, 111 S. Main Street, Elmer, NJ 08318. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private.

Michael Mulvenna, age 65, of Pittsgrove, NJ, passed away on June 26, 2026, after a long battle with cancer.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, to John and Mary (Devlin) Mulvenna, Michael moved to Somers Point, NJ, around the age of 9 and graduated from Mainland High School in Linwood, NJ. He went on to further his education at Cumberland County College and spent his 43-year career as a Principal Engineer with the New Jersey Department of Transportation, where he oversaw the construction of roadways and bridges. Michael loved golfing and traveling, especially to Cancun, and he served as a soccer referee for eight years.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Paula Gant-Martin, with whom he shared 20 years together, including 14 years of marriage; his stepsons, James Martin (Arianna) and their children, Koen, Mason, Elliana, and Nicolette, and Shane Martin (Cheyenne) and their children, Olivia, Conner, and Cooper; his stepdaughter-in-law, Crystal, and her children, Stephen, Joseph, and Aubrey. He was predeceased by his stepson, Derik Martin. He is also survived by his two children, Brittany and Michael; his sister, Jackie Mulvenna; and was predeceased by his siblings, Mary and John Mulvenna.
