Gary E. Ardis, a longtime resident of Pennsville, NJ, passed away on July 7, 2026.

Gary was predeceased by his father, Kenneth Ardis, and his mother, Myrtle Ardis. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Lenora C. Ardis (née Latulippe); his sisters, Susan Fager and Julie Johnson; his sister-in-law, Karen Graff; his brother-in-law, Joe Graff; his favorite niece, Sophia Chiampas; and his favorite nephew, James Chiampas Jr.

Gary started his working career at DuPont Chambers Works after graduating from high school. After two years of service in the Army in Viet Nam, he returned to DuPont, where he retired 42 years later.

Gary loved having BBQs at his home, traveling to new places, holding his friends close to his heart, and holding his family even closer.
