Four cases Oct. 13-26 include a DWI summons, two assault-related summonses and a warrant arrest
CARNEYS POINT TWP. — The Carneys Point Police Department logged four new cases between Oct. 13 and Oct. 26, 2026, according to the department’s monthly arrest summary. They include a DWI summons for a 70-year-old Penns Grove woman, two summonses on assault-related charges and the arrest of a Deepwater woman on a warrant. All four people were adults.
Everyone listed is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Janelle N. Williams, 50, female, Carneys Point Township — Arrested at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, on a charge of simple assault.
Stella J. Foss, 70, female, Penns Grove — Arrested at 11:13 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, on charges of careless driving, driving while under the influence and reckless driving.
Widly Privat, 36, male, Carneys Point — Arrested at 12:15 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, on a charge of attempting to cause, or purposely or knowingly causing, bodily injury to another.
Jaime L. Justice, 42, female, Deepwater — Arrested at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, on a warrant.
