Chad N. Miller, 38, Salem — Arrested at 3:20 a.m. Aug. 28 on an outstanding local warrant.
Dondi V. Cabbell Jr., 40, Salem — Arrested at 9:55 a.m. Aug. 31 on outstanding local warrants.
Darius M. Wilson, 40 — Issued a summons at 3:01 p.m. Aug. 31 on a charge of improper conduct under the city’s peace and good order ordinance.
Clarence Carter, 63, Salem — Arrested at 3:29 p.m. Aug. 31 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
