Pennsville Police Arrest Records — July 1st – July 15th
PENNSVILLE — Pennsville Police made 29 arrests between July 1st and July 15th, according to the department’s arrest summary. The period’s most serious charges included two separate robbery-by-force cases and an arrest for unlawful possession of an assault weapon and discharging a weapon, alongside a run of the offenses that show up most often in the township’s logs — shoplifting, DUI and burglary.
All those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Lauren J. Garrett, 34, female, Pennsville Township — Arrested 10:58 p.m. July 1 and charged with conspiracy, attempted assault, burglary, robbery by force and theft.
Skylar A. Gladhill, 24, male, Pennsville Township — Arrested 8:49 a.m. July 2 and charged with animal cruelty for failing to provide necessary care to animals in his charge.
Tyler R. Donaghy, 26, male, Pennsville Township — Arrested 8:49 a.m. July 2, in the same incident as Skylar Gladhill, and charged with animal cruelty for failing to provide necessary care to animals in his charge.
Luis A. Torres, 53, male, Carneys Point Township — Arrested 12:33 a.m. July 3 and charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving.
Javar M. Garrett, 27, male, Newark, Delaware — Arrested 1:58 a.m. July 4 and charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, refusing a breath sample and using another vehicle’s license plate or registration.
Richard L. Iverson, 31, male, Newark, Delaware — Arrested 1:43 p.m. July 4 and charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and robbery by force.
Kevin L. Furr, 40, male, Pennsville — Arrested 11:24 p.m. July 4 and charged with unlawful possession of an assault weapon.
Rafael Domingo-Martinez, 19, male, Carneys Point Township — Arrested 11:40 p.m. July 4, in the same incident as Kevin Furr, and charged with discharging a weapon, having open alcohol in a motor vehicle, a provisional driver’s license violation and unlawful possession of an assault weapon.
Frank Murray III, 36, male, Penns Grove — Arrested 11:37 a.m. July 5 and charged with defiant trespassing.
Cesar Hernandez, 36, male, Carneys Point — Arrested 4:32 p.m. July 5 and charged with taking merchandise from a store without intent to pay.
Shawn P. Morrow Jr., 26, male, Pennsville — Arrested 12:40 a.m. July 6 and charged with careless driving, driving on a closed roadway, driving under the influence, improper display of plates, reckless driving and operating an unregistered vehicle.
Stephanie M. Garrett, 36, female, Pennsville Township — Arrested 6:57 a.m. July 6 and charged with attempted assault, burglary, robbery by force and theft.
Erick J. Davalos III, 19, male, Pennsville Township — Arrested 6:57 a.m. July 6, in the same incident as Stephanie Garrett, and charged with conspiracy, attempted assault, burglary, robbery by force and theft.
Casey A. Moran, 33, female, Deepwater — Arrested 11:15 p.m. July 6 and charged with taking merchandise from a store without intent to pay.
Brady C. Ford, 19, male, Pennsville — Arrested 8:29 a.m. July 7 and charged with a dog control violation.
Selim Imisrovic, 67, male, Salem — Arrested 7:45 p.m. July 7 and charged with a dog control violation.
