Carneys Point Police made seven arrests between Sept. 1 and Sept. 14, 2026, including a burglary charge, two DUI arrests, and a fugitive-from-justice warrant.
CARNEYS POINT TWP. — Carneys Point Police reported seven cases in the department’s monthly arrest summary for Sept. 1–14, 2026. Three people were taken into custody for non-disorderly persons offenses, including one on a burglary charge and two on outstanding warrants, one of whom was also held as a fugitive from justice. The remaining four cases were motor-vehicle and disorderly-persons matters which includes two DUI cases.
All those named below are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. The charges reflect the initial filing and may be amended, reduced or dismissed as cases proceed through the courts.

Frank Murray III, 36, of Penns Grove — Issued a summons at 2:53 p.m. Sept. 1 on a charge of defiant trespass – communication.
Marisol Hernandez, 37, of New Castle, Delaware — Arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Sept. 1 charged with careless driving, driving while under the influence, failure to yield the right of way at an intersection, failure to stop or yield, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and reckless driving.
Zyaire L. Reeder, 21, of Carneys Point — Arrested at 12:40 a.m. Sept. 3 on an outstanding warrant.
Juan Antonio Escobar, 28, of Pennsville — Arrested at 2:16 a.m. on Sept. 3. Charged with driving while under the influence, improper use of the left lane, and reckless driving.
Rafael H. Martinez Dejesus, 33, of Penns Grove — Arrested at 7:02 a.m. Sept. 3 and charged with burglary by entering a structure.
Jamin Andrew Fedora, 33, of Lower Alloways Creek Township — Arrested at 12:14 a.m. Sept. 7 on an outstanding warrant.
Rafael Martinez-Dejesus, 33, of Penns Grove — Arrested at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 12 on an outstanding warrant and as a fugitive from justice.
