Pennsville police logged 18 arrests in the first half of October, including a burglary case, a DWI with a breath-test refusal, six people charged with violating court orders, and one man who appears eight times on the log.

Pennsville police reported 18 arrests from Oct. 1 through Oct. 15, 2026, according to the department’s arrest summary: 17 adults and one juvenile. The log includes burglary, criminal mischief and theft charges, heroin and drug paraphernalia possession, an unlawful weapons possession charge, a driving-while-intoxicated case, and six people charged with violating court orders. Defiant trespass and related charges make up much of the rest, and one man accounts for eight separate entries.

The report lists 26 entries for 15 adults, which are detailed below. Three more arrests, including the juvenile, are blacked out in the report and are not detailed here.

Everyone listed is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. The department’s report labels every row an “arrest” and does not say whether a person was taken into custody or issued a summons. This article uses “arrested” for entries that include a court-order violation, drug-possession or other indictable-level charges. It uses “issued a summons” for motor-vehicle and lesser municipal or disorderly-persons offenses, which are typically handled by summons in New Jersey. Where the report doesn’t make that clear, the entry says “charged.”
