On 05/30/26 at approximately 5:30pm, officers from the Woodstown Police Department were dispatched to an apartment on Lee St. in Woodstown Borough for a report of gunshots.
Upon arrival, officers located 1 deceased victim with multiple gunshot wounds. Information received by officers indicates that the victim was targeted and although a suspect has not been taken into custody at this point there is no reason to believe there is danger to the general public.
The matter is under active investigation, and more information will be released as appropriate.
