PENNSVILLE — Pennsville Police Department‘s arrest summary for the first half of September lists 21 total incidents between Sept. 1 and Sept. 15, all adults, according to the department’s report. Among the most serious: a 19-year-old Pennsville Township woman was charged with promoting obscene material and selling or receiving child sexual abuse material; a Willingboro man was arrested on five separate counts of violating a court order in one incident; and a Camden man facing an aggravated assault charge is also accused of throwing bodily fluids at a corrections employee.
Restraining and court-order violations accounted for a recurring thread through the log, and one man listed as homeless was arrested four separate times over the two weeks on trespassing, theft and disorderly conduct charges. The rest of the log was made up largely of shoplifting, driving-while-intoxicated and motor vehicle charges.

Michael J. Urbanski, 46, male, of Willingboro — Arrested 9:33 p.m. Sept. 4 on five separate counts of violating a court order (contempt).
Vincent F. Bennett, 51, male, of Salem City — Arrested 8:58 p.m. Sept. 5 and charged with violating a court order (contempt).
Chad M. Jackson, 35, male, listed as homeless — Issued a summons 6:51 a.m. Sept. 6 on a charge of defiant trespass (communication).
Justin A. Digregorio, 37, male, of Carneys Point Township — Arrested between 4:38 and 4:43 p.m. Sept. 8 on charges of taking merchandise from a store without intent to pay (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Selim Imsirovic, 67, male, of Salem — Issued a summons 6:29 p.m. Sept. 9 on a charge of control and presence of dogs.
Michael P. Toomey III, 34, male, of Pennsville Township — Arrested between 9:35 and 9:36 a.m. Sept. 10 and charged with criminal restraint (injury risk), endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of theft of movable property valued between $500 and $75,000, use of/being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and refusal to submit to a breath test.
Sara J. Viereck, 19, female, of Pennsville Township — Arrested 11:30 a.m. Sept. 10 and charged with promoting obscene material and selling or receiving a photo or film depicting a child engaged in a sexual act, or a simulation of one.
Edil G. Maldonado Moreno, 39, male, of Pennsville Township — Issued a summons 9:55 p.m. Sept. 11 on charges of disorderly conduct (fighting, threatening or violent/tumultuous behavior) and harassment (communications in an annoying or alarming manner).
Cayden J. Gallagher, 21, male, of Pennsville — Arrested 2:14 a.m. Sept. 12 on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
Luis E. Cuesta, 32, male, of Camden — Arrested 4:26 p.m. Sept. 12 and charged with aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, obstructing the administration of law, refusal to be fingerprinted and throwing bodily fluids at a corrections employee.
