Richard "DIck" Marshall

Richard Marshall, also known as Dick, passed away peacefully at his home with his wife and family by his side. Born in Tylersburg, PA, Richard was a proud veteran who enlisted in the United States Navy. Richard truly loved the outdoors. He was an avid golfer and a devoted, long-time member of the Sakima Country Club. When he wasn’t on the golf course, he could often be found hunting, fishing, or boating. He also cherished traveling to Lancaster, PA, always making sure to visit his favorite spots, Shady Maple and Willow Valley.For many years, Richard served his local community as a meat cutter, owning and operating Penns Grove Beef in Penns Grove, New Jersey. He later went on to retire from the Delaware River Port Authority.

Richard is survived by his wife, Marie; his children, Dean Marshall (Diane), Melanie Ayers (Clyde), and Daniel Snyder (Dawn and Renee). He is survived by one brother, Dan Irwin, fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren. Richard was predeceased by his mother, Harriet Marshall Irwin, his first wife, Priscilla, and their daughter, Laurie.
