Jo-Ann D. Kiser

Jo-Ann D. Kiser of Penns Grove passed away on January 6, 2026 at the age of 68. She was born in Salem, NJ on April 10, 1957. She graduated from Pennsville High School in 1975. She was a material cutter for 15 years for Marilyn Dress of Salem, and J. Schoneman of Delaware. She also was a secretary for 8 years for Serv-U-Electric. Jo-Ann had a love for animals, so she volunteered at the Salem County Humane Society for 4 ½ years.

She is survived by her children, daughter Sheri (Harry) Weber of Chantilly, Virginia, two sons, Jeffrey of Pennsville, NJ and Eric of Penns Grove, NJ. Two grandsons Andrew (Paige) Weber and Zachary Weber of Virginia. Jo-Ann also has two sisters, one brother, and her beloved dog Emme.

Predeceased by her husband John E. Kiser, her parents David and Shirley Wood of Pennsville, her grandmother Freda Donelson of Pennsville.
