Calling all Upper Pittsgrove residents and friends!
DARETOWN — On Saturday, September 12, 2026, there will be a Daretown Day festival to celebrate our Upper Pittsgrove community and America’s 250th Anniversary! This will involve all-day festivities including a 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk at 8AM, a parade through Daretown at 10AM, a veterans ceremony at 12PM, a festival on the grounds of the Daretown School from 12PM-4PM, and a patriotic music concert at 4PM. Some of you may have attended the last Daretown Day celebration which was held in 2016. Now ten years later, we hope to once again draw the community together for this special day.
The day will begin at 8AM with our first Daretown Day 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk! Enjoy a peaceful walk to Daretown Lake or run down our country roads! Both events begin at Pittsgrove Baptist Church. Registration can be found here: https://runsignup.com/daretown5k.

Antique vehicles, tractors, bikes, ATVs, dance troupes, musicians, non-profit organizations, and community groups are welcome! Our primary requirements are that you are an active part of the Upper Pittsgrove community or the neighboring areas. Come celebrate our township with floats and festivities!
We are also inviting local businesses and non-profit organizations of the Upper Pittsgrove area to set up display tables/tents at Daretown School.
