Morgan, 23, female, Carneys Point Township — Arrested 6:06 p.m. Aug. 10 and charged with distributing more than 100 milligrams of LSD/PCP, failing to properly dispose of a controlled substance, possessing heroin, opium or PCP, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and an outstanding warrant.
Henry D. Walker, 75, male, Oldmans Township — Arrested 12 a.m. Aug. 11 and charged with consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving under the influence, failure to inspect, having open alcohol in a motor vehicle and reckless driving.
Carmona Hernandez, 21, male, Millville — Arrested 7:35 p.m. Aug. 12 and charged with careless driving, driving under the influence, failing to exhibit documents, failure to inspect, improper display of plates, having open alcohol in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, refusing to provide a breath sample and refusing to submit to a breath test.
Jesus A. Garcia, 20, male, Penns Grove — Arrested 6:11 p.m. Aug. 13 and charged with two counts of arrest on an outstanding warrant. (A third charge in his record was redacted by the department.)
Annie V. Mazariegos, 24, female, Carneys Point Township — Arrested 8:48 a.m. Aug. 16 and charged with an outstanding warrant.
Brian Alexander Groff, 35, male, Carneys Point — Arrested 3:30 p.m. Aug. 18 and charged with attempting to purposely or knowingly cause bodily injury to another.
Jerome T. Gipson, 55, male, Carneys Point Township — Arrested 10:31 p.m. Aug. 23 and charged with an outstanding warrant.
