Drug Epidemic continues to haunt Pennsville Twp. – Drug Arrests over the Past Month June 2015

Heroin, pills, cocaine, paraphernalia, syringes, and more all included in vast drug charges that all seem tie back to the drug epidemic that has and will continue to plague Pennsville Twp. as well as each and every other town in Salem County, NJ.

The drug arrests below are just from Pennsville Twp. over approximately the last 30 days (06/06/15-07/03/15). The drug problem in Pennsville, NJ does not seem to be getting any better, nor anywhere else in Salem County and the larger Southern Delaware Valley and South Jersey for that matter.

Pennsville Police have recognized this problem and are determined to make a positive change for their communities. Your comments, thoughts and suggestions would be great to hear from an editorial perspective as we look to research more into what can be done to help treat drug addiction and the horrible effects it brings with it to the families, friends, loved ones, and communities in which these individuals live.

The following incidents are all drug arrests reported by Pennsville Police between June 6th, 2015 and July 3rd, 2015 in Pennsville Twp.:

On 7/3/15 at approximately 9:17 am Jack D. Bradley (M/25) of Carneys Point was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and issued motor vehicle tickets for Driving While Suspended and Operating and Unregistered Vehicle. Bradley was stopped for the driving offenses on Mahoney Road and discovered to be in possession of the drug paraphernalia. Pending Court.

On 7/3/15 at approximately 3:36 pm Donna M. Fabri (F/46) of Pennsville was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Prescription Medication not Prescribed to Her). Officers received information that Fabri had just purchased several prescription pills from an unknown subject at which time officers observed Fabri walking in the area of East Pittsfield street. A field interview revealed that Fabri was in possession of the prescription pills and was subsequently charged. Pending court.

On 6/30/15 at approximately 9:16 pm Amanda D. Warner (F/26) of Carneys Point was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Cocaine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. During a motor vehicle stop on North Hook Road, Warner was discovered to be in possession of the CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pending Court.

On 6/28/15 at approximately 2:37 pm Zachary R. Seager (M/24) of Pennsville, Peter J. Vitale (M/25) of Pennsville and Brandon S. Leghorn (M/26) also of Pennsville were arrested and charged with CDS Offenses. During a motor vehicle stop on North Hook Road, Leghorn was charged with Possession of CDS (Heroin) and Tampering with Evidence. Vitale was charged with Possession of CDS (Heroin) and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe. Seager was charged with Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe. Pending Court.

On 6/25/15 at approximately 5:35 pm Christopher M. Cusick (M/37) of Pennsville was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Heroin) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as well as outstanding warrants for his arrest. Officers discovered Cusick in a vehicle on North Broadway and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Cusick was placed under arrest for the outstanding warrants and shortly after was discovered to be in possession of the suspected Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia. Cusick was processed and remanded to the Salem County Correctional Facility pending court.

On 6/22/2015 at approximately 7:38 pm Zachary R. Seager (M/24) of Pennsville was arrested and charged with Possession of a Hypodermic Needle. During motor vehicle stop Seager was discovered to be in possession of the needle. Seager was a passenger in the vehicle which was being operated by John R. Rappa (M/32) of Pennsville. Rappa was issued a summons for Driving While Suspended. Another occupant of the vehicle was Rebekah L. Liable (F/21) of Pennsville. Liable was placed under arrest for two outstanding warrants. Pending Court.

On 6/18/15 at approximately 4:19 pm Deborah D. Cheeseman (F/31) of Pennsville was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. During a separate investigation officers discovered Cheeseman was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Cheeseman was processed and released pending court.

On 6/6/15 at approximately 12:05 am Christopher M. McClincy (M/35) of Pennsville was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Methamphetamine). Police received information that McClincy was in possession of CDS and subsequently was stopped while operating a motor vehicle on Salem Drive. Investigation revealed that McClincy was in possession of the CDS and was transported back to headquarters for processing. Pending Court.
